Case Study #1: Building Client – Sales Growth

Background: A new Incentive Program within the business and setup as a 3-month tactical sprint designed to drive growth and steal market share from their competitors.

With just over 100 Business Customers invited in the program, EVT devised a strategy that took all Business Customers and grouped them against like volume sized business customers to ensure a fair and equitable program.

The strategy used a 10% earning opportunity, ensuring that the participants felt they had opportunity to earn, with the reward being tickets to a money can’t buy 2024 F1 Melbourne experience. The communication strategy was a key driver to ensure the ‘sprint’ was pushed as hard as possible – with a strong brand, strong email strategy, the comms engaged and drove them to perform. 

Results: The program saw a 7.6% increase in Sales compared to this time last year and was deemed a success and has led into an annual program that has just launched.

Case Study #2: Insurance Client – Quote Rate Growth

Background: Program for motor insurance client who had a disengaged network selling their product. The goal of the program was to re-engage with the network to quote & ultimately sell more Insurance.
EVT helped devise a reward strategy whereby they must hit key criteria monthly and be rewarded with Reward Points that could be spent on Rewards of their choice via EVT’s Xtend Platform.

The program included a program App which we ran participative engagement challenges to help drive overall engagement in the program.

Results: The program was deemed highly successful. At its commencement there were 135 Dealerships offering insurance - at a quote rate of 44% and ended with 193 Dealerships offering insurance - at a quote rate of 96% - a 52% quote rate growth.

Case Study #3: Bringing a domestic destination to life!

Background: When tasked with rewarding top-performing dealership managers across Australia, we faced a unique challenge: how to deliver an extraordinary incentive experience in a domestic location that would still feel exclusive, luxurious, and aspirational. With 30% of our achievers hailing from Western Australia, we knew Rottnest Island and Perth had to be completely reimagined. This wasn’t just about a nice holiday—it had to be an incentive-worthy reward that inspired performance across the entire dealer network.

We curated every detail to transform a familiar destination into a true once-in-a-lifetime experience:

Seaplane arrivals replaced ferry transfers, creating a cinematic entrance.

A surprise gourmet lunch on a remote beach, the first ever permitted of its kind on the island, was paired with storytelling by a local Indigenous artist.

The ASE Festival, custom-built from the ground up, included local art, massages, DJ sets, and a surprise headline concert under the stars.

The final night Gala was hosted at Fremantle Prison, transformed from a stark historical site into a moody, elegant celebration—headlined by renowned Australian chef Matt Moran.

Sustainability was embedded throughout: We used electric bikes, repurposed event décor, and digital-only itineraries to reduce waste. Locally sourced florals, food, and talent minimised environmental impact and uplifted the community. Indigenous culture was respectfully integrated with a Welcome to Country and performances by local artists, adding cultural depth and meaning.

Results: This program redefined what an Australian destination could offer, receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback from attendees:
