How to Communicate Your Incentive Program

Here are 3 golden rules we live by when communicating incentives:

📢 Keep it crystal clear. What’s the goal? How do I qualify? When do I need to act? If people can’t answer those in 30 seconds, you’ve lost them.

🔄 Repeat, repeat, repeat. Don’t assume one launch email is enough. Regular reminders, updates, and encouragement keep the program alive and top of mind. You must communicate how they are tracking against the criteria and what their gap to achieve is.  

💡 Make it inspiring. Use visuals, stories, and examples that make people want to be part of it. Communication isn’t just about facts — it’s about motivation.

The best incentive programs aren’t just designed, they’re told. And that story is what drives performance.
